3-D EMOTIONS

 

Close your eyes.

Sit in the lotus position
Or, just with your legs folded into you with your hands resting on your knees.
Take 3 deep breaths.
In for 7
Hold for 7
Exhale for 7
With your ‘mind’s eye’ see yourself in space.
See yourself from the top looking down.
See yourself from underneath looking up.
See yourself from the right.
The left.
From the back.
And, from the front.

YOU ARE A 3-DIMENSIONAL BEING

You’re not just your front.
You’re not 2-dimensional.
You not only see with your eyes.
You see with your whole being.

Not only is your body 3-dimensional.

So are your emotions.

On the surface…
there may be ONE thing.
But,
digging deeper…
There is a lot more.
Hurt
Anger
Hope
Despair Worry Love

Things are not always what they appear.
You can’t judge a book by its cover.
You have to see the whole picture.

Come back. Breathe.

Open your eyes.
